Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant - Ealing
We are looking for a dedicated Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, starting in March 2025. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support students in their learning journey, with the potential to become a permanent role. The school is based in Ealing and provides a dynamic and supportive environment for both staff and students.
About the Role:
As a Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting teachers and supporting students to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery across various subjects.
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and supporting young learners. We are seeking someone who:
- Has experience working with Key Stage 3 students.
- Demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting teaching and learning.
- Possesses strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to student success.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be available to work full-time, five days per week.
- Hold a high-level degree.
- Commit to at least two terms.
- Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, with Overseas Police Clearance if applicable.
- Provide professional references and a CV covering the last ten years of employment history (where possible).
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
