About the Role:

  • Location: Primary schools in East London
  • Work Type: Day-to-day supply (flexible working days)
  • Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to provide tailored support.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Provide additional help to students with SEN or additional needs when required.
  • Build strong relationships with students and staff.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a TA or LSA in a primary school setting.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments.
  • A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
