Are you a dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant looking for flexible work? Join our team and support schools across East London on a day-to-day basis!
About the Role:
- Location: Primary schools in East London
- Work Type: Day-to-day supply (flexible working days)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Pay: £80 - £110 a day (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Work with individual students or small groups to provide tailored support.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Provide additional help to students with SEN or additional needs when required.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff.
About You:
- Previous experience as a TA or LSA in a primary school setting.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different school environments.
- A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
