About the Role:I am seeking a dedicated Year 2 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with strong behaviour management skills to join our supportive and dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to provide tailored support to pupils, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:Supporting children with their learning, including those with additional needsImplementing behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphereWorking one-to-one and in small groups to provide targeted interventionsEncouraging and fostering independence and confidence in studentsCollaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to support pupil progress
