Teaching Assistant - 2:1 Behavioural Support - Tottenham Primary School - Full-Time

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a long-term role supporting Autism and behavioural needs? A primary school in Tottenham is seeking a confident and capable TA to work 2:1 with a pupil, alternating responsibilities with another Teaching Assistant. This role is full-time, starting ASAP, and will run until the end of the academic year, with the potential to continue in September 2025.

Teaching Assistant - The Role:
  • Work 2:1 with a child with Autism and behavioural difficulties, taking turns with another TA.
  • Provide emotional and academic support, helping the child stay engaged and on task.
  • Use structured behaviour management techniques to support the child's needs.
  • Work alongside teachers, SENCO, and specialists to implement tailored learning strategies.
