We are looking for a Teaching Assistant for Moderate Learning Difficulties to provide essential support in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of individualised Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) for students with moderate learning difficulties.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, both in and out of the classroom.

• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

• Support students with their social and emotional development.

• Assist with classroom management and organisation.

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children with moderate learning difficulties is preferred.

• A relevant qualification in education or special needs support is desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of educational software and technology is a plus.
