About the Role:
- Support Early Years pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work alongside the class teacher to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
- Encourage a love of learning through play-based and structured activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with young children, ideally in an Early Years setting.
- A caring and nurturing approach to education.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with staff and parents.
