We are looking for a Trainee Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Wandsworth. The Role:- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Supporting individual students or small groups with their learning
- Encouraging students’ engagement and confidence in lessons
- Helping with classroom management and behavior support
- Providing additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children
- A desire to develop a career in education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Some experience working with children (volunteering, tutoring, childcare, etc., is a plus)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths - desirable but not essential
- Full training and ongoing professional development
- Supportive and friendly school environment
