What you'll need to succeed:? Experience working with KS1 children, ideally in Year 1? Confidence in supporting both academic learning and classroom activities? A relevant qualification in education or childcare? A good understanding of the Year 1 curriculum, especially in Phonics, English, and Maths, would be beneficial? Availability for the full academic year? An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)? Professional references and Overseas Police Clearances (if required)
