Sanza Teaching Agency is proud to partner with a dynamic primary school in Haringey in their search for a dedicated Year 6 Teaching Assistant.
About the Role:As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with special educational needs.
- Deliver small group interventions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Help prepare and support pupils for Year 6 SATs.
- Work closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Play a key role in improving the learning experience for all pupils, particularly those with SEND.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience supporting children within a classroom setting.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Experience working with SEND pupils (essential).
- Experience supporting pupils in Year 6 (preferred but not essential).
- A proactive, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting children.
- Competitive daily rate of £90-£95, with a pay rise after 12 weeks.
