Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Legal PA to join their private property team. The successful candidate will support fee earners, including Partners. This is a brand-new role created due to the team’s growth, making it an exciting time to come on board!

Due to the practice group this role is sitting in, they are looking for a Legal PA with prior experience in residential property and/or private client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and meeting coordination
  • Travel arrangements
  • Conflict searches, file opening and drafting engagement letters
  • Support fee earners with business development including the creation of pitches, presentations and supporting with events
  • Support fee earners with time recording, processing expenses and billing
  • Basic document amendments Ensure the client database is accurate and kept up to date
  • Liaise with clients directly and arrange client meetings
  • Delegate work to relevant business services team
  • Work as part of the wider PA team to cover in times of absence

To be considered for this role, you will have prior Legal PA experience in either private client and/or residential property.

  • Strong communication and team work skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
