Our client is a renowned leader in luxury real estate, offering exceptional living spaces, first-class amenities, and an unparalleled level of service. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing an extraordinary, seamless living experience for residents, anticipating their needs and going above and beyond to meet their expectations.

As a Luxury Resident Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering bespoke services to residents, ensuring every detail of their daily life is catered for with the utmost care and discretion. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure a personalised approach that aligns with the development’s world-class standards and ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, delivering exceptional customer service and anticipating their needs with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist residents with a variety of requests, from arranging transportation and booking reservations to handling deliveries, managing maintenance requests, and more.
  • Coordinate and support bespoke services, including housekeeping, laundry, and personal shopping, ensuring all services meet the development’s high standards.
  • Manage and deliver personalised recommendations for residents, including restaurant bookings, cultural events, and bespoke leisure activities within London.
  • Organise and assist with the planning and execution of resident events, fostering a sense of community within the development.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the local area, including exclusive venues, events, and services, in order to provide tailored recommendations and support.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building, liaising with other departments such as security, concierge, and maintenance, and responding to any resident issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with residents, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the development.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a luxury hospitality, concierge, or customer service role, ideally within a high-end residential or hospitality environment.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service, with an ability to anticipate and exceed residents’ expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A deep knowledge of luxury services in London, or a strong interest in becoming an expert on the city’s high-end offerings.
  • Professional presentation and a polished, courteous manner at all times.
  • The ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team.
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of the residents.
