Are you looking for a festive opportunity that combines warehouse management and online order fulfilment? Our client, a leading Civil Service organisation, is seeking Warehouse & Online Assistants to join their team for the Christmas period. This is an exciting temporary role where you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and successful festive season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, pack, and despatch customer orders promptly.
  • Maintain delivery targets and ensure high standards of parcel presentation.
  • Assist in receiving supplier deliveries and preparing stock deliveries to stores.
  • Assist with stock checks and counting lines as required.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy stock area and comply with health and safety guidelines.
  • Foster a positive team environment and uphold the organisation's values.
  • Other duties as assigned by your line manager.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in core warehouse tasks, including web order fulfilment and stock receipting.
  • Ability to work towards delivery targets while maintaining accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including health and safety and manual handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, embracing diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • Problem-solving abilities

Successful candidates will be required to undergo security vetting to the relevant level (Counter Terrorist Check or Security Check) Prior residency in the UK is necessary for security checks to be carried out.
