Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a School Caretaker with basic DIY skills and a proactive approach to problem solving at a SEN School near East Finchley Station.
- Candidates do not need prior experience as a School Caretaker, but should be handy with small repairs and opening/closing the school.
- A COSHH certificate is not required, but candidates must be able to maintain and repair building elements safely.
- A valid UK Driving license is essential for this role, which starts immediately.
- Holding a DBS certificate or being on the Update System can expedite the start date, with potential work available days after applying.
If you haven't worked as a School Caretaker before, but consider yourself a 'handy man,' able to fix small repairs and open and close the School - I'd love to hear from you. For this role a COSHH certificate isn't required - but you would be expected to maintain and or repair elements of the building safely.
The role is perfectly suited to a former-builder happy to work in a School environment.
Holding a valid, in date UK Driving license is essential.
This role starts immediately. If you happen to hold a DBS certificate or have a DBS on the Update System this will fast-track your start date - and you could be working days after applying!
