AYG Care is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Care Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in supported living settings, working with adults who have complex needs and mental health challenges. This role requires strong experience in either complex needs or mental health support.

As a Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, supporting the registered manager, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in running services, including covering in their absence
  • Ensure staffing levels are safe and compliant with legislation and regulatory standards
  • Conduct care assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Recruit, supervise, and manage the performance of care workers
  • Complete key audits and maintain compliance
  • Ensure the wellbeing of both service users and staff

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven supervisory and team leadership experience in a care setting
  • Experience in either complex needs or mental health support
  • Strong communication and performance management skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and knowledgeable of regulatory requirements
