Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a respected nursing home provider specialising in elderly and dementia care, is seeking a dynamic and proven manager for their 85-bedded nursing home in Lewisham.

This role offers a fantastic salary of up to £78k, plus a 30% bonus. You'll be leading a dedicated team in a supportive environment, with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

The client is a well-regarded nursing home provider with a focus on elderly and dementia care. They are committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of their residents.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the 85-bedded nursing home.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, particularly in the areas of Safety and Well-Led.
  • Manage and support staff across four units: two dementia, one YPD, and one elderly frail.
  • Maintain and improve occupancy levels.
  • Liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor care plans to meet the nursing needs of all residents.
