The Nursing Home Manager will:
- Ensure the delivery of person-centred care to residents, promoting their interests and understanding their needs.
- Manage and support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and recruitment.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
- Maintain optimal occupancy through creative marketing and cost control.
- Submit regular management reports on occupancy, fees, budget, and staffing.
- Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards in the home environment.
As a Nursing Home Manager, you'll receive:
- Annual salary of 90,000 plus up to 10% bonus.
