Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to manage their luxury care home, located in Peckham, London. The Nursing Home Manager will:
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred care to residents, promoting their interests and understanding their needs.
  • Manage and support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
  • Maintain optimal occupancy through creative marketing and cost control.
  • Submit regular management reports on occupancy, fees, budget, and staffing.
  • Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards in the home environment.
