Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum D.E.O + Performance Related Bonus
Location: North London Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday!
HCR is assisting a reputable family-led nursing home provider established for over 30 years, boasting a sterling reputation within the local community. We are working in partnership to lead the search for an experienced CQC Nursing Home Manager with an active NMC pin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully achieving good CQC ratings.
Nursing Home Manager Duties:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Lead and support staff, promoting teamwork and growth.

Develop and review personalised care plans.

Administer medications and maintain accurate records.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.

Assess resident needs regularly and adjust care plans.

Address incidents and complaints efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.

Nursing Home Manager Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing nursing homes is essential.

Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.

Desirable experience in medication administration and knowledge of healthcare regulations.

Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing care plans and documentation.

Compassionate caregiving approach, committed to enhancing residents' quality of life.

Maintain budgets and liaise with brokers and councils for funding.

Desirable experience with LA uplifts, CHC funding, and palliative care funding.
