The Nursing Home Manager will:

Ensure the delivery of person-centred care to residents, promoting their interests and understanding their needs.
Manage and support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and recruitment.
Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
Maintain optimal occupancy through creative marketing and cost control.
Submit regular management reports on occupancy, fees, budget, and staffing.
Work with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards in the home environment.

The Nursing Home Manager will have:

At least 3 years of experience in a Home Manager role
A valid NMC PIN or experience managing large nursing homes.
Evidence of good or outstanding CQC inspections
Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspection.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
