Our client, a prestigious Not-For-Profit organisation, is currently seeking a Campaigns Manager to join their team for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. Duties:

  • Develop and coordinate engaging campaigns for membership recruitment and engagement, utilising various channels such as email, LinkedIn, social media, events, and the organisation's app and website.
  • Maximise trade-up opportunities for the organisation's Community Network participants to paid-for membership, driving membership growth.
  • Create and implement strategies to identify and explore new campaign opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and manage event partnerships that aid membership recruitment and engagement.
  • Drive re-engagement with former members through targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
  • Identify new market opportunities and channels, including trade shows and other platforms.
  • Utilise CRM systems and tools to manage leads, track campaign performance, and drive sales journey.
  • Provide market analysis when required.
  • Attend meetings, trade shows, and events, as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Marketing role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns.
  • Passion for trying new methods and approaches to acquire new clients.
  • Commercial awareness with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using eComms platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM databases.
  • Any experience with Dot Digital, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly desirable.
