This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a track record of delivering high-performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and display networks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand goals.
    • Conduct thorough audience research and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning and targeting strategies.
  • Campaign Management and Optimization:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns, including setup, bidding, targeting, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
    • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and objectives, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
    • Perform regular A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
    • Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
    • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:

    • Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively across channels to ensure optimal performance and return on investment.
    • Monitor and control spend to stay within budget while achieving maximum impact and efficiency.
    • Provide accurate forecasting and financial reporting on campaign budgets and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:

    • Work closely with creative, content, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy across all digital channels.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and providing training to enhance their skills.
    • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, providing strategic advice and ensuring satisfaction with campaign outcomes.
  • Innovation and Growth:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in paid media and digital marketing.
    • Experiment with new platforms and advertising techniques to identify growth opportunities.
    • Continuously seek ways to innovate and improve the effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
Requirements:
