Due to this, they are seeking a BESS Engineer to oversee some of the UK's most cutting-edge renewable energy projects. This is your chance to join one of the world's leading EPC's who have over 5GW of capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct electrical designs for BESS projects (DC/AC systems).
* Create layouts, schematics, and perform cable sizing and protection design.
* Review technical specifications and assess project risks.
* Collaborate with OEMs and stakeholders to align on technical requirements.
* Provide support during construction and ensure designs are executed accurately.
Skills:
* Experience in energy storage or renewable energy.
* Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Proficiency in electrical design software and knowledge of UK/international standards.
* Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
* UK driving license required.
