Working Hours: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to join our team, working in the Facilities Management (FM) industry. You will be responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of a high-end commercial building in the heart of London. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Ensure all building systems are operational and compliant with safety standards.
- Fault finding, repairs, and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless building operation.
- Deliver exceptional service in line with the high standards of the commercial property.
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Electrical qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FM or commercial building environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
