Job Title: Lead Engineer
Location: City of London
Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 + Package
Shift: Monday – Friday (8-5)
About the role:
My client is a medium sized building services provider with a focus on servicing commercial and public sector sites in the heart of London, they are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Lead Engineer to their team due to the expansion of portfolios.
Operate and manage all engineering assets to support the business with no unplanned disruptions in the most cost-effective manner. Manage reactive works process to ensure requests are responded to and closed out in accordance with agreed procedures. To develop management tools to actively report on asset and building performance and make recommendations for improvement.
To carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works to all Electrical/Mechanical systems within the specified sites. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of HVAC, Hot & Cold-Water Systems, UPS, Generators & LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of current alarm data.
Experience with HV systems is desirable.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £50,000 for the suitable candidate + Company Pension Scheme, health care, 23 days holiday + bank holidays, company phone/tablet

18th Edition
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation
City & Guilds Testing & Inspection 2391 (Desirable)
City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering Level 2 or 3
City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Level 2 or 3
LVAP (Desirable)
HVAP (Desirable)
Legionella/L8
F-Gas (Desirable)
Good building services knowledge
