About the Role:
Join our Building Services team as a Lead Engineer, overseeing the maintenance of a prestigious property. You'll manage client relationships, ensure high service standards, and lead a team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of all equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage KPIs and SLAs, optimising resources to meet targets.
- Oversee subcontractor quality through audits and spot checks.
- Maintain accurate CAFM records and report to the helpdesk.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks across all building systems.
About You:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent electrical installation
- Proven experience in a similar role, with an electrical bias..
- Familiarity with H&S legislation, including COSHH, confined spaces, and L8.
