We’re on the hunt for a proactive and versatile Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer to become an integral part of our Commercial Property Maintenance team. You’ll be the heartbeat of our service delivery in the bustling zones 1 and 2 of London, ensuring our commercial buildings are maintained to the highest standards. All necessary tools and materials will be at your disposal, enabling you to deliver exceptional service.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and responding swiftly to maintenance requests and fault analysis.
  • Undertaking fault finding, making plant adjustments, and completing maintenance tasks to meet contract specifications.
  • Performing multi-disciplinary duties, including electrical and mechanical services checks, system repairs, and general maintenance.
  • Adhering to engineering standards and health and safety legislation to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Completing and submitting daily worksheets and maintenance records punctually.
  • Participating in an out-of-hours rota to provide continuous support to our clients.
  • Assuming the role of Authorised Person (AP) for assigned sites, if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Electrical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or ‘A’ and ‘B’ or equivalent qualifications.
  • BMS experience and a strong multi-skilling capability.
  • Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
