Are you a mechanically biased maintenance technician looking for a stable, long-term role on a static commercial site in Peckham? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading FM provider, working on a prestigious commercial contract maintaining a range of building services equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs on:
- HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
- Plumbing systems (hot/cold water, drainage, pipework, leak repairs)
- Pumps & motors (servicing, fault finding, and maintenance)
- Cooling & heating systems (pressurisation units, expansion vessels, fan coil units, AHUs)
- General fabric maintenance as required
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults across mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintenance regulations
- Log maintenance tasks and updates on job management systems
Requirements:
- Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, or HVAC (or equivalent)
- Strong mechanical building services maintenance experience
- Good working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and cooling/heating systems
- Ability to work independently and liaise with clients professionally
- Any additional electrical or multi-skilled experience is beneficial
