Job Title: Trend BMS Service Engineer
Location: Inner London Boroughs, Greater London
Salary: 50K
The following job involves working with a leading provider of property maintenance solutions, we are seeking an experienced Trend BMS Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves managing bespoke BMS projects, servicing and repairing BMS systems, and working with local authorities and housing associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-site servicing, repairs, and modifications of BMS systems
- Strategy writing and point-to-point testing
- Fault finding and problem solving
- Maintaining job reports and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Building Management Systems
- Must have extensive experience with Honeywell systems
- Strong knowledge of Ethernet, BACnet, Modbus, and heating systems
- System engineering and strategy design experience
- Full driving licence
Desirable: Qualified Electrician, BACnet Network engineering, CSCS registered
