Are you an experienced building services electrical - multi skilled shift engineer looking for an exciting new role?

I am supporting a market leading, FM provider in their search for a new shift engineer for a high end commercial space in West London. This opportunity comes with lots of potential for progression and further training.

50,000 - 51,000 + overtime

Continental shift pattern - 12 hour shifts days and nights

Large, static commercial building in West London

Plenty of further training and opportunity to progress

Responsibilities:

  • Electrical maintenance
  • Plant room checks
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Water Treatment, closed water systems
  • boilers
  • Chillers
  • Plumbing
  • BMS Systems
  • PPM's and reactive maintenance

Requirements:

  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • 17th or 18th edition
  • 5+ years in a building service environment
