This role involves maintaining a portfolio of managed office spaces, ensuring high standards of service and smooth operations.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for electrical issues within managed office spaces, conducting initial assessments, performing repairs, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Carry out regular site inspections, identifying and reporting the need for significant electrical repairs and improvements.
- Oversee and coordinate external contractors to ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standards.
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical systems.
- Timely completion of tasks within established service levels.
- Cost-effective resolution of electrical issues.
- High-quality execution of electrical work in line with company standards.
- Positive feedback from clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in maintenance or construction with a strong focus on electrical work.
- EITHER - Possession of full electrical qualifications, including City & Guilds 2391, City & Guilds 2382, and an ECS Gold Card.OR - Hands-on proven experience
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to approach challenges creatively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally to clients.
- Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to health and safety.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
