Location London, W1J 8LL. Interim travel between 2 London sites in close proximity.
Hours 4 on - 4 off, then 6 on 4 off. 07:00 19:00

We are currently seeking a professionalElectrical Maintenance Engineerbased at our client site in London. The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs and installations.
As an electrically qualified maintenance engineer, the role will be orientated around electrical works with some requirement for flexibility and willingness to undertake other non-electrical works which fall within the scope of the contract. This could be a variety of jobs relating to maintaining, repairing, and installing assets around the site whether it be a specific piece of equipment, works to a building or the site infrastructure.
TheElectrical Maintenance Engineerwill work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have strong, demonstrative experience in SMART buildings, maintenance and working within an engineering team with the desire to progress to the next step to lead a team or already have some experience of leading a small team.
Skills & Experience:
- Formal Electrical Qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
- Experience with SMART building management systems
- Desire to become LV AP on site
- Experience of leading a small team would be desirable
- Experience in working at corporate locations
