Join my leading, UK FM providers team on a large static site in the City of London.

    • 43k-45k (dependant on experience & qualifications)
    • Static high end commercial office space in EC3 postcode
    • Monday - Friday (days only) - Plenty of overtime available in evenings & weekend (non-compulsory)

    Responsibilities:

    1. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
    2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
    3. PPM activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply.

    Requirements:

    1. NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
    2. 17th or 18th edition
