The Role
ElectricalMaintenance Engineer youre working on a government building.
- As a ElectricalMaintenance Engineer youll be carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment
- ElectricalMaintenance Engineer will be carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
- ElectricalMaintenance Engineer will be carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
- ElectricalMaintenance Engineer will be ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
- ElectricalMaintenance Engineer will be completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone
- ElectricalMaintenance Engineer will be maintaining site-based records and log books
- ElectricalMaintenance Engineer will be carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment
- ElectricalMaintenance Engineer will be proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements
- Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
- Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers face to face, telephone and email
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday, 7.30am 4.30pm, 40 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience Required
- City & Guilds Electrical or Equivalent
- 18th Edition
- Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer facing environment
