Electrician - Maintenance

Permanent Position

Salary £45,000 - £50,000 + company van and fuel card provided

We are recruiting for a leading contractor to recruit Maintenance Electricians to carry out reactive and planned maintenance to occupied and void high end properties in the London area.

This is a mobile role, traveling to domestic properties for preventative & reactive maintenance and remedial work on occupied and unoccupied (voids) properties.

Receiving instructions and completing reports via PDA, work includes immersion heaters, fans, showers, security lighting, communal lights, domestic electrics, completion of minor works certificates and inspection, testing & remedial work on exchanges and voids.

Electrician Essential Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician.
    • Hold a current qualification that aligns with BS 7671:2018+A3:2024 regulations (e.g., Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations).
    • Strong ability to establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings, building plans, and wiring diagrams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
    • Commitment to Continuous Professional Development to stay updated with evolving regulations and electrical industry standards.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    Full clean driving license

Electrician Salary & Benefits:
