A client is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a contract role in the Leyton area on a subcontract basis.
The position offers a pay rate starting at £280 per day, with parking included.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and relevant qualifications, including Test and Inspect 2391 and 18th Edition.
Preferred qualifications include NVQ Level 3, a Gold card, CSCS, and Asbestos awareness.

Job Role:

Fitting smoke alarms/Co alarmsheat alarms/electric panel heaters/
Carrying out EICR tests
Installing new fuse boxes/ bathroom & kitchen fans/ sockets & switches/ lights in domestic property's & fittings/ commercial building lights in hallways/staircases/car parks/storage cupboards / lockable sockets.
Fault finding & testing & inspecting in domestic properties.
