Position: Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer
Location: London and the Home Counties
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £45,000 to £48,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services engineer for a full time mobile position covering London and the Home Counties
This position will be working with an established team of engineers that cover commercial sites through out the area.
The right person for this position will have a strong multi skilled building services background, being able to deal with plant rooms maintenance, ahu and fan coil maintenance, emergency lighting and electrical maintenance, legionella testing, hot and cold water checks, basic plumbing as well as on site compliance
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Holding a level 2 building services qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to travel into London
- Able to deal with electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Customer service focused
