Position: Plumbing bias Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: London
Salary: Up to £42,000 with company van and fuel card
Duration: Permanent
We are looking for a Mobile Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering London and Greater London.
This position will be dealing with your normal building services maintenance that includes ahu's, plant room maintenance, emergency lighting but a large part of this position will be dealing with plumbing maintenance and installations.
For this position we will require at leave level 2 in plumbing and a full UK driving licence
Requirements
- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum of a level 2 in plumbing
- Happy to do 50% plumbing and 50% building services maintenance
- Commutable to London
