BMC Properties & Management Ltd is a Long and short term lets apartments several buildings based around Kensington area.
Responsibilities:- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Diagnose electrical issues and carry out necessary repairs efficiently.
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting systems, and electrical control equipment.
- Conduct electrical testing and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Work on both residential and commercial projects as needed.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Collaborate with other team members and provide excellent customer service.
- Must hold a valid electrician certification/license (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience as a qualified electrician.
- Familiarity with current electrical regulations and standards (18th Edition preferable).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in various environments (residential, commercial, or industrial).
- Experience in [specific areas like renewable energy, fire alarm systems, or specialized electrical equipment].
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
