- Creating and refreshing relevant in-house training programmes and resources
- Selecting the most appropriate training methods to new starters
- Develop, deliver, assess and contribute to feedback systems on practical training
- Performing staff assessment to identify knowledge gaps and areas in need of improvement
- Liaising with management to create annual training plans and program
- Researching and recommending new training techniques to line manager

- Formal treatment training record and experience (waxing and laser)
