A permanent opportunity is available at a global professional services company for a payroll role reporting to the HR Manager.
Candidates will manage payrolls across 25+ EMEA and APAC countries and assist with the implementation of new payrolls in these regions.
The position requires dealing with escalated payroll queries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and preparing year-end reports.
Candidates should have experience managing a small payroll team and be comfortable in an evolving work environment.

A new permanent opportunity has arisen working for a global professional services company. This is a newly created role & will report directly into the HR Manager.

This is a pivotal part of the payroll function & will require candidates to be responsible for:

Managing multiple country payrolls - 25+ EMEA & APAC countries
Working with the International Payroll Manager to implement new payrolls across new EMEA & APAC jurisdictions
Dealing with and resolving any escalated payroll queries
Ensuring payroll compliance to local regulations
Prepare on year-end reporting
Managing a small payroll team on a daily basis - identifying areas of training and support
Assisting with project related work
