We are seeking a part-time HR/Operational Coordinator to streamline our clients HR and operational processes. This vital role requires an excellent multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in HR and operations.

Description

  • Coordinate HR-related tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Oversee operational procedures and ensure their efficient implementation.
  • Work closely with management to develop operational strategies and HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and employment regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments.
  • Manage employee records and compile reports for senior management.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the continuous development and improvement of HR and operational procedures.

Profile

A successful HR/Operational Coordinator should have:

  • A solid educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR and operational coordination within the Energy & Natural Resources industry (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures and operations management.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse team.
  • HRIS Systems Experience (Bamboo preferred).
