Employment Engagement Manager (Education) - Full Time - Permanent
Our client is a well-established, education provider. They are looking for an Employer Engagement Manager (Education) to join their team.
This is a hybrid position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with some flexibility required.
Job Duties for the Employer Engagement Manager (Education):
- Undertake effective and efficient initial assessment of learners
- Establishing supportive relationships with learners
- Engage with schools and education providers to help them with their recruitment needs, by placing suitable learners within vacancies
- Associate all learners to relevant vacancies, ensuring the needs of learners and employers are met
- Prep learners for interviews
- Develop effective working relationships with educational organisations, ensuring opportunities for learners are maximised
- Liaise with external partner organisations to support programme delivery and learner engagement, achievement and progression
- To work within the team to deliver a high quality of service to learners
- Ensure that all necessary documents are up to date
Requirements for the Employer Engagement Manager (Education) candidate:
- Experience working within the education sector or support industry would be highly advantageous
- Knowledge of the education and training sector (essential)
- Experience of effective engagement with learners is advantageous, but not essential
- Experience of successfully achieving targets, together with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills
