- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process across UK, EMEA, APAC, and the US for approximately 250 employees, managing multiple vendors.
- Develop and implement a best-in-class payroll strategy, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Manage bonus payments, benefits administration, and international assignee payroll.
- Take a holistic view of payroll operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Proven experience as a Global Payroll Manager overseeing payroll across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
- Strong background in financial services with a deep understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution in a dynamic environment.
