We are currently working with our client, a luxury retail brand who are looking for a Reward Manager to become part of their People & Organisation team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our compensation and benefits programmes are run effectively and aligned with company goals and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation structures and data analysis.

Duties to include:

  • Processing compensation & benefits.
  • Pay Grading using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
  • End to end reward cycles (Annual reviews)
  • Job grading
  • Salary benchmarking.
  • Project management and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management.

Candidates will have advanced Excel skills and proven experience in compensation and benefit administration and at least 5 year's experience within reward.

This role is a full time role that offers hybrid working. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary along with some great benefits including Discretionary bonus, private healthcare, life assurance and retail discounts. There will also be a bonus upon completion of the 12 month contract
