We have a fantastic opportunity for an International Employee Benefits Administrator / Advisor to join an exciting and growing Financial Services firm. This global benefits role will work closely with the Benefits Manager and offers great scope for progression.

The Benefits Specialist responsibilities will include:

  • Provide day to day administrative support to global employee benefits programs.
  • Produce and maintain regular benefits reports and analyse metrics such as, benefits participation, cost, and trends to aid evidence-based decision making.
  • Analyse vendor reports.
  • Act as a key point of contact for global employee benefits related questions.
  • Support benefit and pension enrolment of new hires.
  • Develop and keep an up-to-date knowledge of local legislations related to benefits programs.
  • Support the implementation of any new benefits.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and wider HR teams including payroll.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years employee benefits experience essential. Ideally within the financial services sector.
  • A basic understanding of varying legal and regulatory requirements across various countries in relation to employee benefits.
  • Workday experience desirable.
  • Strong analytical and MS excel skills essential.
  • Strong relationship builder, confident working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
