The RoleAs a Change Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of organisational projects by increasing employee engagement and adoption. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and minimise resistance. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, managers, project teams, and internal communications to align change management activities with project goals.

  • Design and execute strategies to support successful change adoption
  • Facilitate effective communication by crafting and delivering key messages
  • Conduct impact assessments and evaluate change readiness
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions
  • Support training programs by gathering requirements and contributing to content development

About You

  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks
  • Ideally from a professional services/consultancy background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in leading large-scale organisational change initiatives
  • Understanding of project management principles and processes
  • Change management certification (preferred but not essential)
