The Opportunity

A leading public sector organisation is active in a search for an experienced Employee Relations Advisors

There are three roles

2 x Permanent

1 x FTC

Salary here c £40,000 + good benefits

Location: Stratford, in East London

Salary on offer is £40.000 plus benefits, plus good benefits

This will one or two days a week on site, and working from home the other days

Reporting into an Employee Relations Team Leader you will support delivery of the HR Service. You will work alongside people managers across your designated business area.

This is a fast-paced, employee relations focused advisor role which advises, supports and coaches people managers across our business unit

Sitting within a team of Employee Relations Advisors you will work on a variety of cases, both high volume and varying in complexity, ensuring the best possible outcome for everyone. You will case manage your own caseload and be responsible for updating the team and wider business on case performance and progress on a regular basis.

Please note to be considered, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience dedicated to working in ER/ Employee Relations at an Advisor level.
