Looking for an experienced Employee Relations Consultant to join a dynamic International HR Team within financial services.

About the Role: This role is based in the London office and offers a hybrid working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex caseloads and providing expert advice on various aspects of the employment relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end grievances, conduct, and performance management cases.
  • Oversee workplace investigations in collaboration with the internal investigations team.
  • Provide expert advice on change management proposals.
  • Partner with the HR Business Partner Team to address various employment relationship issues, including absence.
  • Collaborate with the International ER Manager to develop strategic solutions and improve policies and procedures.
  • Track, analyse, and interpret ER metrics.
  • Offer coaching and development feedback to managers and employees.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive ER/HR experience in an international organisation, with a thorough understanding of disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid business acumen.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of EMEA-wide employment legislation.
  • CIPD and Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential.
