Reed HR are working with a Global Professional Services company based in Central London to recruit a Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist on a full time, fixed term contract basis for 12-months. Salary is negotiable. This job will operate on the hybrid working model, with some days based in the office and the rest from home each week.

The main responsibilities of this job are to support the business’ overall EDI strategy by leading on the engagement and planning of a variety of projects and initiatives in line with the company vision, values and strategy. Working closely with the comms team, you will be responsible for ensuring all content, information and engagement are delivered to the business in a timely and efficient manner.

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows: 

-    Act as a point of contact for any EDI queries from across the business-    Manage the EDI engagement plan, working closely with the Comms team and international HR network to ensure reporting deadlines, events and awards are carried out efficiently.-    Manage the international EDI intranet, driving people to keep up to date with EDI initiatives.-    Lead on delivery of EDI reporting and insights, such as executive reports, external communications and other mandatory reporting-    Ensure the business is up to date with any new legislation, creating reports as required-    Manage and take accountability for the practical implementation and rollout of any plans and projects and evaluate critical success factors. -    Prepare any events or awards activities, creating slide decks and resource materials as required-    Draft and enter EDI awards submissions on behalf of the business-    Undertake any additional adhoc duties or projects as required
