Employee Relations Advisor

Are you ready to step into a fast-paced role where you can make a real impact during an exciting period of transformation? We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Employee Relations Advisor to join a dynamic and evolving People Ops team, supporting a global restructure and change program.Your Role:
  • Provide critical HR support during a global transformation, including administrative tasks around change management and TUPE processes.
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration, queries, and ER matters, working with shared service functions and mailboxes.
  • Assist with calculations such as length of service and redundancy, while producing accurate letters and handling ad hoc queries.
  • Support the team in navigating ambiguity while helping to shape efficient processes for a UK Shared Service Centre environment.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in HR administration within large, fast-paced environments (shared services experience ideal).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Exposure to change programs, TUPE, or similar HR transformation work.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, policies, and processes, and a proactive approach to challenges.
