- 12-month FTC
- London (Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week)
- Ideally immediately avialble (maximum 4 weeks notice)
- Provide critical HR support during a global transformation, including administrative tasks around change management and TUPE processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, queries, and ER matters, working with shared service functions and mailboxes.
- Assist with calculations such as length of service and redundancy, while producing accurate letters and handling ad hoc queries.
- Support the team in navigating ambiguity while helping to shape efficient processes for a UK Shared Service Centre environment.
- Experience in HR administration within large, fast-paced environments (shared services experience ideal).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Exposure to change programs, TUPE, or similar HR transformation work.
- Proficiency with HR systems, policies, and processes, and a proactive approach to challenges.
